We start by focusing on the unique attributes of your home and your goals in selling. From there, I will walk you through a personalized presentation, a marketing plan, and a pricing strategy. CONCIERGE

Being client centric is present in every step of our relationship. A client wanted to ensure their home was free of negative energy. So, I got some burning sage and cleansed their home for them before they moved in. Another client found that their condo board hadn't created a budget for the coming year. This put our escrow in jeopardy. So, I got to work combing through the HOA documents and submitting costs and reserve estimates for the coming year. This type of dedication doesn't end after the transaction is over. I love hearing from clients long after escrow has closed.
